NPACH and NAEHCY recently presented awards to Representatives Judy Biggert (R-IL) and Geoff Davis (R-KY), to thank them for their strong advocacy in working to expand HUD's definition of homelessness. NPACH Executive Director Jeremy Rosen presented the awards. Each Member of Congress was given a piece of art drawn by a homeless child.
