The National Policy and Advocacy Council on Homelessness works with local communities across America to end homelessness.  We are dedicated to the idea that local experience must inform and influence the policies that are made at the federal level.  We also understand that for real change to happen in the direction of federal policy, extensive grassroots organizing must first take place.

NPACH is a leading progressive voice in America on the issues of homelessness and affordable housing.  Since our founding, we have fought tirelessly to ensure that local communities have a say in the process, and that those "inside the Beltway" understand the importance of listening to our partners around the country.
