NPACH Appoints New Deputy Director

The National Policy and Advocacy Council (NPACH) Is pleased to welcome Jeremy Rosen as Deputy Director, leading NPACH's Washington D.C. public policy efforts.

Mr. Rosen comes to NPACH from the national office of Volunteers of America, where he served as Director for Homelessness and Mental Health. Mr. Rosen has also worked with the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty and Legal Services of Greater Miami. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994, and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 1998. Mr. Rosen is an expert on federal and state affordable housing policy, with a focus on homelessness, access to government benefits for low income people, veterans housing, and prisoner reentry. He is a frequent speaker on these topics, and has published numerous journal articles and papers.
